Chief Executive Officer

Marc leads the strategic direction of Sterling & Pierce across its four business lines: private investment, regulated brokerage, proprietary technology, and operating subsidiaries.

Background in financial markets and asset management, with a focus on multi-jurisdictional structuring and technology-driven finance. He oversees the group’s overall capital deployment, partnerships, and long-term vision.

Head of IT Development

Senior IT professional with over 15 years of software engineering experience across financial services and enterprise systems.

David oversees the software development lifecycle at Sterling & Pierce — from the proprietary CRM platform to custom client applications. He leads the engineering team with a focus on performance, reliability, and user experience.

Chief Technology Officer

Senior technology executive with deep expertise in IT infrastructure and cybersecurity.

Edouard leads all technical operations at Sterling & Pierce — including data protection, infrastructure reliability, and the integrity of the group’s platforms and services. He oversees the security architecture that powers the CRM, the FIX trading infrastructure, and client-facing applications.

Client Support & Property Management Lead

Pauline oversees the entire client support division at Sterling & Pierce, serving as the primary point of contact for investors, brokerage clients, and institutional partners.

She also leads property operations and rental administration across the group’s real estate vehicles (Sterling & Pierce One, Two, Three), ensuring seamless communication between tenants, property owners, and fund participants.

Senior software architect and infrastructure expert specialising in C# / .NET and backend engineering.

Thibaud leads system architecture, infrastructure design and enterprise-grade C# development at Sterling & Pierce. He is responsible for building robust, scalable and secure environments, ensuring high availability and seamless integration between applications and infrastructure — from the trading platform to the CRM.
